Job Description:

We're seeking a Sales and Account Manager with experience of selling SaaS software solutions to work for a scale-up RegTech company. They have built a unique SaaS software product that is a major disruptor across all sectors, replacing the requirement for expensive outsourced solutions. It is opening lots of doors for them and there is a tremendous opportunity to earn significant commission. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales, the right person will be expected to take responsibility for the UK Sales Team within 12 months.

Having received significant recent funding, they are ambitious, driven by success and seeking someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to join their team. This would be a great career opportunity for someone with Sales and Account Management experience seeking to move up the sales career ladder.

They are looking for a Sales and Account Manager ideally with some knowledge of HCM, Talent Management software, screening, vetting, background checking, compliance management RegTech or recruitment software. They are a fast moving and agile company where day to day your job will be to:

  • Manage key existing accounts whilst also carrying a new business target (50:50)
  • Follow up new business opportunities and seek meetings with decision makers
  • Plan and deliver sales presentations
  • Provide management with updates on opportunities
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on competitors

    Our client would like to meet with candidates who can demonstrate:

  • 5+ years success in achieving sales targets and driving growth in B2B software sales
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The capability to understand client requirements and propose products or solutions
  • The ability to work independently
  • A strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
  • Knowledge of any of the recruitment, aviation, transport or financial sectors would be useful
  • Knowledge of the screening, vetting or compliance management sectors is helpful
